Driven by a commitment to serve his clients with independence and integrity, he went on to establish Pitch Financial Group. Irvin became a respected leader in the Canadian insurance industry and played a key role in shaping its future as a founding member of CALU.
After several years practicing law, Irvin’s son, Raymond, saw that his legal experience could be used to better serve professional families across Canada. He joined Pitch Financial Group in 1987 and has spent his career helping professionals navigate complex financial, legal, and tax considerations with clarity and confidence.
In 2019, the third generation, Jeffrey, joined the firm. With a focus on young professionals, he has modernized the firm’s planning process by integrating technology, data-driven strategies, and contemporary insurance solutions, while preserving the values on which the firm was built.
